Whyne is a real innovation: we have matured selected high-quality wines in oak barrels that were previously used to mature high-quality spirits. In this composition, the primary flavours of the wines combine excellently with the special spiciness from the subtle notes of the barrels and hogsheads. The “soul of the spirit” meets profound red wines here. The result: a harmonious combination with the smoky, spicy character of the spirit. A rebellious composition, a truly new flavour experience.
Dry and distinctive. German wine law requires us to describe this as a flavoured wine-based drink. „Done!“
